The front (long building) consists of twenty-four (24) very big rooms with seperate bathroom. All rooms with cold and hot (solar heated) water, shower, air-condition, frigo-bar and telephone. At the lobby we offer a fax-service. Behind the main building we find the restaurant where breakfast is served.
Two swimming-pools for children and adults are surrounded by an extraordinary beautiful garden with typical nativ plants. To watch visitors swimming in the pool you may relax on our huge outdoor terrace having lunch or a longdrink.
A conference-room for about 150 People is available totaly air-conditioned, with different additional services.

PARAGUAY has good economical suppositions. Little industrial activities preserved this country of polution and irrevocable environmental distruction. Population increases annualy by an average of 6,7%. The unoffical growth is likely much higher. If political stability gets back, Paraguay will economicaly recover fast and strong. The soil-fertility in this country is higher than anywhere else in the world. So Paraguay will have a very important place in Soja-cultivation.

There are a lot of laws in Paraguay, but nobody accomplishes all of them. On one hand it's good, on the other bad. The most important is that everybody can make his way through. Of course you have to pay tax, but you decide, how much of it !! Paraguay is still a little paradise in business
